 Final selection camp for New Zealand Under 20 hopefuls
Forty-one young hopefuls have assembled for the final New Zealand Under 20 trial camp in Palmerston North this weekend ahead of the IRB Junior World Championship 2014 squad being named.

On Wednesday, Coach Chris Boyd, and Assistant Coaches Scott Robertson and Leon MacDonald will reveal the 28-strong squad to represent New Zealand with home advantage at this year’s IRB #JWC2014 tournament in Auckland in June.

The final selection camp gets under way today, Sunday 20 April at the Sport and Rugby Institute in Palmerston North.

This is the first time New Zealand has hosted the JWC which showcases the future stars of world rugby. The event kicks off on Queen’s Birthday weekend on Monday 2 June with pool play at QBE Stadium, North Harbour and ECOLight Stadium, Pukekohe. #JWC2014 concludes with the Finals at Eden Park on Friday 20 June.
